These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed on the LiftHer website.

Order confirmation

After checkout you receive an order confirmation email. A contract of sale is formed when your payment is authorized and your order is confirmed.

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Every purchase is a single, one-time charge. LiftHer does not enroll customers in subscriptions, memberships or automatic renewals.

Delivery, returns and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Cancellation Policy.

Devices carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
