Cancellation policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel an order placed with LiftHer. LiftHer does not sell subscriptions or recurring plans: every purchase is a one-time charge, and you will never be billed again unless you place a new order.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it by emailing support@liftherus.com with your order number and the subject “Cancel my order”. If the order has not yet been handed to the carrier, we cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After the order has shipped

Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but it is still covered by our 30-day promise. Simply follow the steps in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Free gifts

If you cancel an order that included free gifts, the gifts are cancelled with it. Digital gifts already delivered by email do not need to be returned.

Future charges

No future or automatic charges are made by LiftHer. The only amount charged is the order total shown at checkout. If you ever see a charge you do not recognize, contact us at support@liftherus.com and we will investigate right away.

Refund timing

Cancellation refunds are issued within 2 business days. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the credit.
