LiftHer ships to all 50 US states, including APO/FPO addresses. Every order is packed discreetly in plain, unbranded packaging — nothing on the outside of the box says what is inside.
Delivery times and rates

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Delivery estimates start when your order is confirmed and include processing time. Orders placed after 2 pm CT or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show the first scan.
Digital gifts
E-books included as free gifts are delivered by email to the address used at checkout, within 2 business days of your order. Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see them.
Delays, lost or stolen parcels
Carrier estimates can stretch during holidays and bad weather. If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you cannot find it, email support@liftherus.com with your order number. We will open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund once the claim is confirmed.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will correct it before it ships. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be re-shipped for the cost of shipping.
International orders
We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
